Eagle-owl Ufo Will Move to Estonia
On the 3rd of September the winged and vulturous inhabitant of the Līgatne Nature Trails eagle-owl Ufo, accompanied by the staff, moved to a new home in the Alaveski Animal Park in Estonia. The residents of Līgatne have established a good cooperation with Estonia as the lynx Villijs and raccoon dogs were brought to Līgatne from Alaveski. In the enclosure of the Līgatne Nature Trails currently live three grown-up eagle-owls.
The owlet Ufo hatched out in Līgatne Nature Trails on May. During the summer the small grey downy owlet little by little developed into a beautiful and large bird.
In Estonia Ufo has its own large, beautiful and new house and three tawny owls in neighbourhood.
The workers of the Līgatne Nature Trails are joking that now Ufo will need to learn to click its beak in Estonian.
